Drivalo Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Drivalo! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new car accessories aren’t the perfect fit for your drive, we are here to help.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it (unworn, unused, and undamaged).

In its original, unaltered packaging.

Accompanied by the receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will fast-track a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Please take a quick photo or video of the issue so our support team can resolve it instantly.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Starting a return is simple and hassle-free:

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with clear instructions on how and where to send your package.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Fees

For Defective/Wrong Items: Drivalo covers 100% of the return shipping costs.

For Change of Mind / Incorrect Size Ordered: The buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Refunds & Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notifying you that it has been approved or rejected.

Approved Refunds: Your refund will be processed automatically and applied back to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, Shopify Payments, etc.).

Timeline: Most banks and credit card companies take 5 to 10 business days to officially post the refund to your account.
