Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Drivalo website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without notice. Your continued use of the Drivalo website following the posting of revised Terms & Conditions means that you accept and agree to the changes.

Products & Services

Drivalo provides products and services as described on our website. We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error in our system, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product.

All product images, descriptions, and specifications are for illustrative purposes. Actual products may vary slightly from images displayed. We recommend reviewing detailed product information before making a purchase.

Ordering & Payment

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. When you place an order, you agree to pay the total amount displayed, which includes the product price, taxes, and applicable shipping fees. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

Payment must be received before your order is processed and shipped. We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. By providing payment information, you authorize Drivalo to charge the amount specified in your order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your payment information.

If payment is declined or cannot be processed, we reserve the right to cancel your order. We will attempt to notify you of any payment issues. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and shipping information.

Shipping & Delivery

Drivalo ships within the United States. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier availability, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control. You are responsible for providing a valid delivery address.

Risk of loss for products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier or upon your receipt of the products, whichever occurs first. You are responsible for inspecting your package upon receipt. If damage is apparent upon delivery, you must report it to the carrier and contact us immediately with photographic evidence.

Orders placed during business hours on business days are typically processed within one business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. International orders are not available at this time.

Returns & Refunds

Drivalo offers a return period of 30 from the date of delivery for most items. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Certain items, including but not limited to final sale merchandise, clearance items, and customized products, are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, you must contact our customer support team at support@drivalo.store with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return shipping instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refunds will be processed within 30 of receipt and inspection of the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the credit.

Damaged or defective items may be eligible for replacement or refund regardless of the return window. Contact support@drivalo with photos of the damage or defect for consideration.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drivalo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data, or other intangible losses, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of our website and services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question, or $100, whichever is less.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such cases, our liability shall be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Drivalo website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Drivalo or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without our prior written permission.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the Drivalo website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services. Prohibited activities include harassing others, uploading viruses or malware, and attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

Changes to Terms

Drivalo reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our website and services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these Terms & Conditions regularly to stay informed of any changes.

Disclaimer

The website and all products and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Drivalo disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and all related matters shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Estonia and Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Estonia and Saudi Arabia for any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website.
